Cool room, functional with a balcony. An electronic key card, a work desk, and flat-screen TV were convenient. In the centre of the city, very convenient.

Simply no complaint, really great stay. Pleasant place, fairly clean, reasonable value. Functional and cool units with a sofa, a balcony, WIFI. Marvellous location - an easy walk to Wolfson Museum. Yummy and delicious food, fantastic service.
Poor staff!

Great for those who seek comfort
I really loved the generous buffet breakfast-such a huge spread with a variety of options. And the bed? Unbelievably plush, like being wrapped in clouds. It felt wonderful, especially after a long day.

there was nothing a liked about the hotel, it's overpriced and didn't worth money i paid.
i was dissapointed. the room was so tiny that there was no space for moving in my so called room. Airconditioning was not working good. The work of the reception is very bad as after 6 pm there is only one girl there who is just not able to be of any help, very rude. Besides the hotel is not situated a 5 minutes walk from yaffa gates as it was said on the hotel site - at least 20 walking. Breakfast is poor.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel parking spaces are available, but the connection to public transport is very good. The hotel is very central, but at the same time quiet. I would book there again anytime.

Attentive staff ensured a pleasant experience, and the food offered a good variety, particularly the local meat that stood out. The room felt cramped, and the outdated bathroom with mold was concerning. Parking was a hassle, as space was limited and unloading luggage was complicated.

Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Good location.
Staff distantly and not very friendly. On Fridaynight they charge a lot more (228 instead of 135 USD) while on Saturdaymorning we didn't get as usual our breakfast because of Sabbath. We had to ask for it and prepare it ourselves in the kitchen.
